Richard is the President of Blackaby Ministries International and lives in Atlanta, Georgia. Richard travels internationally speaking on spiritual leadership in the home, church, and marketplace, as well as on spiritual awakening, experiencing God, and the Christian life. Richard regularly ministers to Christian CEOs as well as church and family leaders.
Richard grew up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. He has been married to Lisa since August 6, 1983 and has three adult, married children: Mike, Daniel, and Carrie. Richard also has four amazing grandsons!
Richard earned a B.A. in history from the University of Saskatchewan. He has an M.Div and Ph.D. in church history from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and an honorary doctorate from Dallas Baptist University.
Richard served as a senior pastor at Friendship Baptist Church in Winnipeg, and then as the president of the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary in Cochrane, Alberta, Canada, for 13 years. He continues to serve as the seminary’s Chancellor.

Dr. Don Davidson has devoted more than four decades to pastoral ministry, faithfully serving congregations across Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida. A native of Suffolk, Virginia, he began preaching at age sixteen and was ordained by First Baptist Church, Suffolk, at nineteen. Over the years, he has pastored churches in Farmville, Henderson, Orlando, Danville, and most recently First Baptist Church of Alexandria, Virginia, where he served from 2005 until his retirement in 2021.
Dr. Davidson is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University (B.A. in History) and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity). Beyond the local church, he has provided leadership in denominational life, serving on the boards of Guidestone, HopeTree Family Services, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and the Leland Institute for Theological Studies. He also served as President of the Baptist General Association of Virginia in 2003–2004.
He married Audrey Baker of Keysville, Virginia, in 1977. Audrey has worked in public education and served on the Virginia State Board of Education. They have one son, John Mark, a graduate of UNC Wilmington.
John C. McNeill, Jr. is a transformation leader, gifted preacher, and creative writer with a heart for and keen understanding of 21st century trends and young people. Rev. McNeill currently serves as Interim Director and Adjunct Professor with John Leland Seminary’s School of Ministry, Writer with R. H. Boyd Publishing, Staff Consultant with Ministry Architects. He is a graduate of both Lincoln University and Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School where he received a BS and M.Div., respectively. In May of 2022, Rev. McNeill completed Duke Divinity School’s Foundations of Christian Leadership program and led a pilgrimage titled, “A Journey Worth Taking: A Pilgrimage of Purpose, Compassion and Hope,” for young adults to Birmingham, Selma and Montgomery, AL.
Rev. Phillip Brown travels to and liaisons with EverBless clients to further strengthen connections and enhance personal service. He is a natural networker, having served in the music and college ministries of various churches, including 32 years with Huguenot Road Baptist Church. “As we cultivate connections and foster communications in the church and the community, we build trust,” Phillip says. “It is through trust that we grow together.” Phillip and his wife, Lisa, live in Midlothian and have two grown children. He enjoys composing music, as well as watersports at Lake Gaston. In 2024, Phillip had the extraordinary opportunity to serve as a background extra for the season five production of “The Chosen.”
